FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out retrocolic esophagoplasty. Small intestine mesenterium root is exfoliated from retroperitoneal fat tissue. The mesenterium root is transferred upwards. Small intestine mesenterium tissues are sutured in the area of vascular pedicle. Ligatures are brought under the pancreas body. Diaphragm pedicle is sutured with ligatures. The small intestine mesenterium root is fixed with to the diaphragm pedicle. EFFECT: prevented esophageal anastomosis suture inconsistency.
