FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves making pancreas resection. The pancreas stump is attached to the transverse mesentery. The posterior stomach wall is sutured to the pancreas capsule on the suture line. The posterior stomach wall is sutured to the transverse mesentery at the top, at the bottom and on the left side of the pancreas stump. EFFECT: prevented pyoseptic complications as a result of suture inconsistency. 4 dwg
