FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has body with longitudinal slots. Clamping bolts, slides with rods and distance frames are arranged in body. At least one distance frame contains built-in slide made as bushing with recesses on end-face surface and pin positioned in bushing and provided with projections combined with recesses of bushing. One frame is provided with reposition assembly. The latter is made as turret with circular projection on which lock nut of vertical reposition is installed. Lock nut of horizontal reposition is arranged on clamping bolt. Each lock nut has body with rectangular hole, in which two half nuts are positioned loosely, and cam bushing located on body. This bushing engages half nuts with its cams. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 6 dwg
