BIOLOGICAL CORRECTOR Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: medical engineering, particularly metallotherapy. SUBSTANCE: biological corrector has base made of conductor in form of rigid ring-shaped member or flexible member which takes form of ring when embracing the part of human body. Operating surface of base carries layers of metals in form of separate sections. Metals are selected from series: Mn, Zn, Fe, Co, Ni and Cu. Operating surface of base is also covered with additional layers of metal with electrode potential exceeding maximum electrode potential of applied metals taken from the above-indicated series. Thickness of metal layers applied on base is within 10-40 mcm. In particular case, every layer of the above- indicated metals is separated from other layer by additional metal layer. In special cases, base is made perforated, riffled, or its operating surface has projections shaped as body of revolution. Biological corrector may be made as bracelet, watch bracelet, ring (for setting on hand finger), chain, and other articles. EFFECT: improved therapeutic effect. 6 cl, 4 dwg
