FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus is used for treatment of different diseases, for example, locomotor system diseases, oncologic diseases and traumas. Magnetotherapeutic apparatus has dielectric case which accommodates system of permanent magnets made in form of mosaic and coupled to drive containing programmed control device. In this case, position of permanent magnets relative to each other in system, their form, sizes and magnetization, as well as position of dielectric case relative to device are determined by configuration of magnetic field in operating volume. System of permanent magnets may be of different variants. At least one permanent magnet of system is secured on axle perpendicular to magnet rotation plane. System of permanent magnets is secured on surface of cylinder manufactured of nonmagnetic material in form of straight or continuously bent grooves. Two grooves parallel to cylinder axis are made in operating volume inside cylinder and opposite to each other to obtain rotary spatially-homogeneous magnetic field. Width of grooves, as well as space between them equal the length of arc corresponding to angle π/2. When cylinder rotates rotary homogeneous magnetic field arises inside it, and rotary heterogeneous magnetic field develops outside cylinder. Both magnetic fields may be used for curative purpose. If grooves on cylinder surface are shaped as spiral apparatus forms helical magnetic field which has components of magnetic field travelling along axis and rotating in plane parallel to axis simultaneously. System of permanent magnets may be secured on surface of flexible tape made of nonmagnetic material. Grooves of permanent magnet system are positioned perpendicularly to tape. Space between grooves is selected depending on preset characteristics of magnetic field. Tape is stretched on at least two cylinders positioned in parallel. With even one cylinder rotating, tape starts moving, and travelling magnetic field si formed near it. To obtain spatially-homogeneous magnetic field, two constructions with flexible tapes are arranged in parallel to each other at certain distance sufficient for positioning of bed with patient. In this case, directions of vectors of magnetic induction near both the tapes must coincide. Constructions of apparatus may have horizontal and vertical axes of cylinders.
