FIELD: vacuum photoelectronics. SUBSTANCE: inversion electron-optical converter includes photocathode, anode with getter located in it, micron plate, luminescent screen, cathode envelope with focusing electrode sputtered on it and exhaust tube to solder converter to exhaust unit and feed vapors of alkaline metals in process of vacuum treatment. It is additionally provided with internal evaporator of antimony and exhaust tube with outlets. Cylindrical part of cathode envelope including focusing electrode is made of glass and exhaust tubes are located on glass insulator and are manufactured from glass too. Photocathode is formed on flat optical glass or fiber-optical plate. EFFECT: simplified design of cathode envelope with simultaneous rise of quality of picture and reduced manufacturing cost. 2 cl, 1 dwg
