FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electronic engineering, in particular to the design and manufacturing of vacuum photoelectronic devices (FED) comprising microchannel plates (MCP) in chevron assembly, such as photoelectronic multipliers (PEM), position-sensitive detectors (PSD) and electro-optical converters (EOC). Device includes a housing, a photocathode on a glass substrate, a microchannel plate assembly in a chevron assembly, a getter and a collector, wherein the photocathode on the glass substrate, the side focusing electrode connected to the photocathode, and an anode in the form of a truncated cone with a hole in the center of its end surface, connected to the input of the microchannel plate, collectively form an immersion lens for focusing and collecting electrons to the input of the MCP, and the gas absorber is located in the cone part of the anode, wherein the device is equipped with a glass rod for connection to the pumping system, wherein the electronic degassing is carried out before the device is discharged from the pumping system and after the tie-off.
EFFECT: improved parameters of rate of counting of pulse pulses and ratio of peak / valley in one-electron distribution of pulses, increase of permissible level of light loading, as well as increase in durability of PEM.
