FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the converters of invisible electromagnetic radiation (infrared, X-ray, ultraviolet, gamma radiation) into the visible ones and can be used in the visualization devices, which operate using analog and digital principles. X-ray visualizer is made as the glass vacuum-hermetic package body, which consists of the glass cylinder; the anode glass plate with a transparent electrode, which is glued to its end and on which the film coatings of the transparent electrode and phosphor are applied; of the soldered to its second end thin aluminum foil with the tin-lead coating applied on it. Microchannel plate (MCP) is tightly inserted into the cylinder and has the film conducting coating along the ends from the anode side, with the cathodic-tin-lead film coating, which is mechanically and electrically tightly connected to the cathode plate-foil and which is remote from the anode plate. Surface of microchannels is coated with the complex composition of nanopowders – X-ray luminescence, photoemitter, secondary emitter, gas absorber. Device is manufactured according to the standard technology with some original solutions. Brightness and clarity of the resulting image of the ready-made device are controlled by means of varying the voltages in the wide range of values.
EFFECT: improved controllability of image parameters; increased durability; increased specific area of nanopowder coatings; expansion of the functions of operation and applications.
