FIELD: agricultural engineering. SUBSTANCE: cutterbar has movable knife and immovable knife fixed on finger bar. Each knife is made from segments rigidly fixed on strip. Knives are pressed one to another by means of faceplate. Strip carrying movable knife segments is fixed by sections interconnected by lock joint. Immovable knife is composed of replaceable sections which are not connected one with another and removably connected with faceplate. Movable knife is mounted for oscillating between faceplate and immovable knife. Apex of each segment is offset relative to axis of symmetry of its base so that it is not projected on it. EFFECT: increased cutting efficiency by preventing cutterbar from being locked. 3 cl, 5 dwg
