SUBSTANCE: method involves treatment of tonsils of patients in acute period of illness with localized diphtheria form, bacterial anginas and infectious mononucleosis with the enzyme preparation of 0.15-0.25% solution of bioantioxidant complex containing superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase. Method provides good curative effect: decreased period of topic inflammatory symptoms in mouth-throat, absence of complications, decreased time of hospitalization, normalization of blood pathobiochemical indices and can be used in clinical ambulatory practice.
