FIELD: power engineering; transport. SUBSTANCE: engine has toroidal rotor with multiturn spiral groove made inside whose volume is engine working zone. Rotor accommodates also separating spider whose vanes engages with spiral groove. Circular cutout covered by casing in form of cutout is made on part of rotor distant from torus axis. Casing is motionless and is hermetically connected with rotor to permit free rotation of rotor around axis of torus. Cutout for vanes of separating spider is made in casing to provide free rotation of separating spider inside rotor around its fixed axle. Fuel mixture suction ports and exhaust gas ports are made on casing at different sides from separating spider. Rotor has power takeoff shaft. EFFECT: enhanced manufacturability of engine members, particularly, toroidal rotor with spiral grooves. 4 dwg
