FIELD: fish industry, in particular, fish sorting equipment positioned in trawls. SUBSTANCE: fish sorting screen has longitudinal, transverse and outer bars made from polymeric material and reinforced with continuous fibers extending along bars. Screen bars may be made from glass fiber plastic. By special order, at least outer bars may be reinforced with fibers extending in different directions. Screen bars may be coupled by forming or be means of brackets with openings for inserting bars into them. Screen may be made integral. Such construction allows number of parts normally attached to screen for providing zero buoyancy of screen to be substantially reduced. Materials used for manufacture of screen provides corrosion resistance in sea water.
