FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing vulva within the boundaries of mucocutaneous cover. To denervate vulva, nerve formations from four canals are transected. Subcutaneous fat with the nerve formations is removed. Pudendal nerve branches and perineal branches of the posterofemoral cutaneous nerve are transected in the inferolateral canals. Branches of genital, genitofemoral and ilioinguinal nerves are transected in the superolateral canals. The wound is drained through a separate pierce. The drains are arranged along the entry to the superolateral canal. The drains are brought to the top of the inferolateral canal. Immersed catgut sutures are put in to achieve hemostasis and bringing the wound lips closer to each other. EFFECT: low risk of traumatic complications. 3 dwg
