FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing vulva tissues, skin with fat and lymphatic nodes of both inguinal regions with iliac lymphadenectomy. Transabdominal access method is applied. Wound defect is covered with cutanomuscular flap cut out from abdominal musculus rectus and skin over it. The flap is turned by 180 deg downwards. The lower portion of the flap is divided into two pedicles. The pedicles are attached to the pubic bones. Urethral sphincters are formed. The resected urethra is sutured into the foramen in the anterior vaginal wall. The anterior vaginal wall is sutured together with the lower portion of the cutanomuscular graft.
