SUBSTANCE: method involves applying substance inclined to foaming upon heating to cable and cable attachment members in run of cable for forming insulating layer. To improve adhesion of foaming substance forming insulating layer, cable winding is positioned in cable attachment place and in zone adjacent cable attachment members. Winding is formed as material serving substrate for this substance.
