FIELD: alcoholic and liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves water filtration through carbon filter, treatment of the softened water by the reverse osmosis, mixing preparing by water mixing with high quality ethanol, addition of additional components, exposition and product filtration. After filtration the softened water is subjected for additional ultradiaphragm treatment and the reverse osmosis treatment is carried out up to iron content in the softened water less 0.1 mg-equiv./l, copper - less 0.1 mg-equiv. /l, oxidizability - less 4.5 O2 mg/dm3, hardness - 0.51-0.76 mg-equiv. /l. Alcoholic mixing is prepared from the softened water and high quality ethanol (for example, grain alcohol) where allspice extract is added preliminary at amount 0.10-0.01 kg per 1000 dal ready product. Then glycerol (0.8-1.2 kg per 1000 dal ready product) is added to alcoholic mixture followed by additional filtration before exposition through carbon layer. The latter is treated preliminary with the softened water up to negative reaction for chloride ions. EFFECT: enhanced quality of the end product. 2 cl, 1 tbl
