FIELD: alcoholic and liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves water treatment on carbon filters, ultradiaphragm and reverse osmosis treatment. The latter is carried out up to iron content in the softened water less 0.1 mg/l, copper - less 0.1 mg/l, oxidizability - less 3.9 O2 mg/dm3, hardness 0.51-0.76 mg-equiv./l. Alcoholic mixing is prepared from the softened water and high quality ethanol (for example, grain alcohol) where fennel essential oil is added at amount 0.18-0.25 kg per 1000 dal ready product. Then glycerol (0.8-1.2 kg per 1000 dal ready product) is added and the additional filtration is carried out through carbon layer that is treated preliminary with the softened water up to negative reaction for chloride ions. Then product is kept for 2-2.5 h and filtered finally through dacron filter and poured. EFFECT: enhanced quality of the end product. 2 cl, 1 tbl
