FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.

SUBSTANCE: method involves firstly mixing dry components: dry defatted milk, refined granulated sugar, zecol (carbomethylcellulose sodium) salt as a thickening agent, soda and salt up to formation of homogenous mass. Then the prepared mixture is added to water heated to temperature 42-43°C and stirred at the rate 50 rev/min up to formation of homogenous mass. Mixture is heated to temperature 72°C for 1 h and cooled abruptly to temperature 20°C for 40 min. Then mixture is settled for 8-12 h and then stirred again at the rate 60 rev/min and alcoholic liquid is added to the mixture. Alcoholic drink prepared by above described method comprises dry defatted milk, refined granulated sugar, water, salt, soda, alcoholic liquid and zecol (carbomethylcellulose sodium) as a thickening agent in the following content of components, kg per 1000 dal of ready product: dry defatted milk, 1000-1200; refined granulated sugar, 1800-2000; zecol - a thickening agent, 50-70; water, 5500-7000; soda, 0.3-1.2; salt, 0.5-0.8, and alcoholic liquid, the balance. Dye can be added to drink if necessary. Proposed invention provides preparing drink eliciting improved organoleptic indices and has the enhanced tasting score - from 9.56 to 9.69. The drink has the more full illusion of cream taste and after tasting and aroma of ice cream with liqueur.

EFFECT: improved producing method, improved and valuable properties of alcoholic drink.
