FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: proposed method is designed for checking thermal saturation conditions of internal combustion engine with fuel input, especially when fuel or one of types of fuel used in engine is evaporated in fuel pipelines under action of high temperature. Method comes to measuring temperature in fuel tank, measuring temperature in fuel pipeline and finding difference between these temperatures. Considerable difference is and indication of thermal saturation conditions. In this case auxiliary fuel feed device can be set into action, and if engine operates on fuels of two types, fuel with higher boiling point can be used. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of engine operating on fuel with low boiling temperature. 12 cl, 2 dwg
