FIELD: gas weapon used for self-defence. SUBSTANCE: the gas weapon has a high- pressure source, pipeline with a controlled stop valve and an outlet pipe connection, additionally installed on which is a gas-driven oscillator with a pneumatic chamber of variable volume, having a hole furnished with a plug, intended for charging of low-disperse particles. Installed at the outlet of the pipeline of gas-driven oscillator is a nozzle with a hydraulic diameter exceeding the diameter of the oscillator outlet channel. The nozzle is connected to the outlet channel through an adapter-diffuser and has at the outlet an end face partition with an outlet opening aligned with the outlet, which is made in the form of a regulated iris diaphragm. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency in use. 5 cl, 3 dwg
