FIELD: forming flow of liquid and dividing this flow into two parts. SUBSTANCE: method consists in forming flow of liquid and dividing this flow into two parts: one part of flow is released in form of jet and other part of flow is fed to hydrodynamic pressure pulsator at adjustable pulse repetition frequency. Device for realization of this method includes delivery pump connected with reservoir filled with liquid. Outlet of pump is connected with flow-through hydropneumatic chamber whose outlet is connected with pipe line fitted with nozzle and hydrodynamic pressure pulsator at adjustable frequency repetition frequency. Drain of pulsator is connected with reservoir connected to pump inlet. Hydrodynamic pressure pulsator is made in form of valve pair "plate - seat" for control of travel of plate which is pressed by means of spring at adjustable force of its initial compression. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of use of energy of hydraulic impact for acceleration of liquid discharge in form of jet; increased carry of jet; possibility of control of dispersivity of drops due to control of frequency and amplitude. 4 cl, 2 dwg
