SUBSTANCE: procedure provides for usage of aid delaying response for reception of phone call from phone-source without establishment of speech exchange between cellular phone set and phone-source. Aid delaying response is activated with the use of aid for selection of occupancy of line by user of cellular phone set after he has been warned on coming phone call. Then speech exchange can be established between cellular phone and phone-source of received phone call by activation of aid for selection of deallocation of occupancy of line by user of cellular phone. Correspondingly user can receive coming phone call without talking to calling party so that he can carry to completion his previous activities before speech exchange with phone-source is established.
