FIELD: medicine, applicable in surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes formation of operation window by laying of operation linen and its fixation to skin by surgical grips. In region of each surgical grip, reserve of operation linen is provided due to formation of operation window in form of rhombus. Sterile sheet is longitudinally laid on lower part of patient. Upper short longitudinal edge of sheet is located above pubic mound and pubic groove. Line of supposed incision is marked and rhomboid shape of linen window is marked round this line. Sheet is laid laterally on upper part of patient. Linen window is formed by upper side large longitudinal edge of sheet. Upper corners of laterally laid sheet are collected to one another on sheet laid longitudinally. One upper corner of upper sheet is placed to under opposite one to form the first linen corner from crossing of end parts of sheet side edge. Linen corner is fixed at distance of 1.5-2.0 cm from supposed incision by grip to skin, and next linen corners are formed. In case of operation with local anesthesia, injection of selected solution of local anesthetic is made to point of fixation of linen corners to skin.
