FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying general anesthesia. Inferior pole of lymphatic node is removed in catheterizing the right inguinal node. Purse-string suture is put in with artificial material thread 5/0 using atraumatic needle onto the capsule of the retained part of the lymphatic node 1.5 aside from the expected line of resection. The resection line is to be at the level of 1/6 of longitudinal size of the lymphatic node. Lymphatic node pole resection is carried out. The lymphatic node is catheterized with standard subclavicular catheter truncated by one half of tube length having diameter of 0.6 or 1.0 mm. Proximal catheter end edge is melted at the truncation place with fire at a distance of 0.3-0.4 mm from the lateral edge during 1-2 s. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
