FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out medicamentous and laser preparation in sterilization mode and cloths preparation of operation field. The operation field is restricted with two sterile sheets. Cloths reserves are created with superolateral portions of a sheet. Cloths angles are fixed with cloths clamps. Operation cloths reserve is created in the area of the clamps. Hemostasis is carried out by applying high intensity laser in coagulation mode. Before opening peritoneum, cloths reserves are put into the wound. Reserve edges are attached to peritoneum edges. EFFECT: reduced risk of postoperative suppurative complications. 5 cl
