FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming linen operation field of rhomboid shape. Line of supposed incision is marked with brilliant green solution. Two sterile sheets are used. One is placed longitudinally on the lower part of patient body under operation. The second one is placed transversely on the upper part of patient body. Operation linen reserve is created in the area of each surgical corner plates and linen angle to be built. Skin is treated in the area of the linen operation window with defocused high intensity laser radiation in sterilization mode with power density of 27-30 W/sq.cm.
