ENERGY ACTION DEVICE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: devices intended for information-energy actions on environment. SUBSTANCE: is used to improve conditions of man's organism active life. Device is made in form of seven geometric figures manufactured of conducting material and positioned on dielectric plate of rectangular shape. First disc and equilateral triangle with holes are positioned in upper part of level of 3/4 of plate height in symmetry with vertical axis. U-shaped member with second disc in center of axes is located in central part of plate on main axis of symmetry. Twelve-lug member is arranged on vertical axle at height of 1/3 of plate. Two members which represent parts of disc split by broken line along center are positioned at height of 1/7 of plate in symmetry with vertical axis. All members, except for U-shaped member and second disc are fitted into disc of one diameter. Second disc diameter is equal to diameter of holes which make up 1/5 of the above-indicated disc diameter. Combined of the above-mentioned components in one plane gives rise to combination of forming waves localized in space surrounding the device (from 1.5 to 3.5 -4.0 m), frequency-correlated with parameters of man's organism bipole and with information components (torsion fields) of surrounding objects.
