FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves creating spinor fields with right-sided polarization vector, constant and alternating magnetic fields in the zone the products are placed. The products are exposed in the zone where the fields are created for not longer than 15 min. Magnetic induction flow value is selected to be greater than alternating magnetic field magnetic induction which frequency is selected within the range of 10 Hz to 100 MHz. The device has table with dielectric table top having applicator members insulated from each other mounted on the underside, electromagnet with two magnetizing windings, swinging frequency oscillator connected to one of the magnetizing windings, constant current source connected to the other magnetizing winding. The applicators are manufactured as regular polygons from magnetic and non-magnetic material for creating spinor fields with right- sided polarization vector. Each polygon is inscribable into circles of the same diameter. Applicators of the same shape are positioned one under another. Applicators from magnetic material are directly mounted on the inferior side of the tabletop and uniformly spaced all over the surface. Applicators manufactured from non-magnetic material are placed under the magnetic ones. The electromagnet is mounted so that magnetic field flow is directed with its northern pole to the whole tabletop surface. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of foodstuff treatment. 3 cl, 1 dwg
