SUBSTANCE: activator for processing binding matters and building mortars includes working cylindrical chamber having in upper portion coating in the form of two types of alternating rings differed by hardness of their material. Rings made of material with higher rigidity have smaller inner diameter. Working chamber is joined with pneumatic cylinder provided with air injector mounted in it.
