FIELD: methods of production of drinkable water from demineralized, particularly, desalinized water on ion exchangers. SUBSTANCE: method includes introduction into water of calcium chloride at water-calcium chloride weight ratio equalling 1:(0.00008-0.0002); treatment with bicarbonate anionite and water-anionite volume ratio of 1:(0.002-0.006); introduction into water of mixture of magnesium sulfate, potassium sulfate, sodium bicarbonate with water-salts mixture weight ratio of 1:(0.00003- 0.00006):(0.000002-0.000022): (0.000004-0.000029), respectively; introduction of mixture of sodium fluoride and silver sulfate with water-salts mixture weight ratio of 1:(0.0000012-0.0000033):(0.0000008-0.0000069), respectively. Inorganic salts may be introduced in form of certain amounts of solid salts, salts solutions, and mixtures of solutions of salts. Components may be introduced directly into vessels for water treatment and into flow of treated water. EFFECT: provided production of physiologically full-value disinfected drinkable water of hydrocarbonate class by more simple method and without use of complicated apparatuses that is of importance in supply of people with water, especially, under extreme situations. 4 cl, 1 tbl
