FIELD: monitoring of α,β,γ and f radiation under various conditions: at atomic power stations, during space research and so on. SUBSTANCE: proposed dose-meter has scintillator having front surface to receive ionizing radiation, rear surface opposite to it and side surfaces. Rear surface carries transparent first electrode, first photodiode and second electrode placed in series. Measurement circuit and second photodiode used as power supply source are arranged on the rest of rear surface and on side surfaces. Scintillator is made of Be0 ceramics. EFFECT: wide range of measured doses, high quantum output, high chemical, mechanical, thermal and radiation resistance, improved adaptability to manufacture, small size and weight. 2 cl, 2 dwg
