FIELD: microwave equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has microwave generator, which is connected to rectangular waveguide, loading and unloading compartments, which are connected to heating chamber, which is made from material transparent to microwaves and is adjacent to wider wall of rectangular waveguide. In point of connection of chamber to waveguide, two round waveguides are mounted in coaxial position with respect to chamber. Diameters of round waveguides are not greater than size of wider wall of rectangular waveguide. Length of each of round waveguide is not less than single wavelength period in waveguide. Design of extended high-output device involves connection of several compartments each of which has at least one microwave generator, which is connected to rectangular waveguide, which is connected to two round waveguides which provide communication between compartments.
