FIELD: confectionery industry. SUBSTANCE: mixture contains sugar, syrup, citric pectin, bisodium phosphate, plant enriching agent, aromatizer and citric acid. All components are used in the following ratio, % by weight: syrup 10.8-11.5; citric pectin 1.4-1.6; plant enriching agent 6.8-15.0; bisodium phosphate 1.2-1.5; aromatizer 0.01-1.5; citric acid 1.4-1.6, sugar the balance. Mixture may further contain dye used in an amount of 0.006-0.008% of total weight. Pureed carrots, pears, sea buckthorn, cranberry, squash may be used as plant enriching agent.
