FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming internal cutaneous neourethra from cutanofascial flap on feeding inferior epigastric blood vessels. The flap is transplanted from anterior abdominal wall. The flap is fixed in the pubic region. Tubular stem is formed. Anastomosis is created between exterior orifice of the urethra and the proximal end of the neourethra. A flap having islet of musculus rectum abdominis is used as the cutanofascial flap. Islet dimensions are 3 x 2 cm. EFFECT: reliable blood supply of the neophallus; low risk of traumatic complications.
