SUBSTANCE: biomass of pale treponemas is cultured on an artificial thioglycol medium from the complete set of strains of three antigenic groups and the following cell disintegration by ultrasonic oscillation, centrifugation, separation of nondisrupted treponemas, centrifugation of supernatant, isolation of treponema walls precipitate and supernatant.
