SUBSTANCE: method comprises calcining kaoline having 53-58 wt % of SiO2 content and 42-47 wt % of Al2O3 content, at temperature of not higher than 850 C for at least 40 minutes, mixing it with alumosilicohydrogel which is mixture of solutions of sodium silicates and sodium aluminates, granulation and drying of granules at least three-stage hydrothermal crystallization of granules in alkaline aluminate solution by changing parameters of aluminate solution temperature and granule maintenance time in each crystallization time, washing the zeolite, and squeezing it for 0.5-1.5 h, washing it repeatedly, drying it at temperature of 130-140 C.
