FIELD: technological fields where water and/or aqueous solutions with physical and chemical properties intentionally altered by electrochemical treatment are used. SUBSTANCE: plant has diaphragm electrochemical cell and collectors to feed and remove treated medium. Cells have capability to fix unions that feed and remove treated medium from electrode chambers in various positions. Cylindrical collectors are rigidly anchored in plant one in parallel to another. Collectors have holes to feed and remove treated medium from cells of plant, their number is proportional to number of cells. Mentioned holes are fitted with unions and cells are freely anchored in plant with the aid of flexible elastic connection hoses. Cells are positioned vertically and in parallel. Description gives various versions of usage of different number of collectors and their different relative positions in plant. EFFECT: simplified design of plant, reduced labor input to mounting and dismantling of both individual cell and plant as whole, provision to conduct electrochemical treatment with use of circulation of electrolyte thanks to gas filling and enhanced safety of transportation of plant. 8 cl, 7 dwg
