FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: mobile base stations drive along traffic flow which is driven along road. Mobile base station is connected to stationary radio communication ports, which are connected to inter-network communication stations. Several mobile stations are separated from each other over closed circuit and drive together with traffic flow along one road bed in one arm of circuit and together with traffic flow along another road bed in another arm of circuit. Mobile base stations are connected to several stationary radio communication ports, which are connected through signal transmission line to inter-network communication station, which is connected to telephone network by means of wire line. Each mobile base station is equipped with two directed antennas, one of which is directed towards traffic flow, and another one to stationary radio communication ports. EFFECT: development of infrastructure for user sets designed for home or office as mobile cordless telephone on streets, shops, airports, cars which are driven at high speed. 41 cl, 9 dwg
