Connection device has gateway interaction control unit, which is connected simultaneously through respective interface unit of first communication system to mobile commutation center of first communication system, and through interface unit of second communication system to access center of second communication system. In addition invention discloses connection system, which has first and second communication systems, in which first communication system is radio exchange system for communication between mobile objects with cell structure of service region.
