FIELD: radio telephone communication. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to device controlling power in honeycomb system of mobile radio telephone communication which subscribers exchange messages one with another via at least one honeycomb station with the use of communication signals of multiple access with expanded spectrum and code division. Device controls power of transmission signals from each honeycomb mobile radio telephone 16, 18 in mobile radio telephone communication system in which each mobile radio telephone 16, 18 has antenna, transmitter and receiver and each honeycomb station 12, 14 also has antenna, transmitter and receiver. Power of signals sent by honeycomb station is measured at mobile subscriber. Power of transmitter of mobile subscriber is adjusted in reverse relationship with regard to changes of power of received signals. Feedback control circuit can also be used. Power of transmission of mobile subscriber is measured at honeycomb station which establishes communication with mobile subscriber. Honeycomb station generates command signal and sends it to mobile subscriber for subsequent adjustment of power of its transmitter in correspondence with deviations of power of signals received by honeycomb station. Feedback circuit is also employed for subsequent adjustment of power of transmitter of mobile subscriber that corresponds to deviations of power of signals received by honeycomb station. It is used to adjust power of transmitter of mobile subscriber in such way that signals sent by mobile subscriber and fed to honeycomb station have required level of power. Power of transmission of mobile subscribers is adjusted in such way to prevent undesirable jumps of level of power of transmitter of mobile subscriber.
