FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying combined heat and drug therapy. Infiltrate is produced in lesser omentum from the level of goose paw of hypogastric nerve of Latarjet to the level of gastroesophageal sphincter by injecting alcohol and novocaine mixture into anterior and posterior sheet of the lesser omentum. Then electrocoagulation of nervus vagus branches is carried out by introducing electrode into the produced infiltrate. Point infiltrates are created all over the anterior wall of the cardiac region of the stomach spaced distal relative to the gastroesophageal sphincter in the vicinity of nervus vagus branches. The branches are subjected to electrocoagulation by introducing electrode into the produced infiltrates. Authentic composition of the alcohol and novocaine mixture and electrocoagulation action mode are applied. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment with no traumatic complications. 6 cl
