SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating gastric and duodenal ulcerous disease. One should fulfill endoscopic posterior stem vagotomy, perform selective proximal chemical vagotomy. Moreover, one should form subserous infiltrate along the lesser curvature of anterior wall of gastric body, cardiac department and initial part of antral gastric department. Then one should form subserous infiltrate with alcoholic solution with a dyestuff at anterior wall along the greater curvature along the bottom and the upper part of gastric body. The innovation enables to perform additional chemical vagotomy of parasympathetic nerves observed along gastro-omental arteries.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of operative therapy.
