FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method includes extended selective proximal chemical vagotomy by formation of subserous infiltrate with alcoholic solution introduction along lesser and greater curvatures of anterior walls of gastric fundus, body and forestomach, initial part of antral stomach, posterior walls of centre and fungus, initial part of antral stomach. In addition alcoholic solution is introduced along greater curvatures of posterior gastric fungus wall and posterior wall of upper gastric body.
EFFECT: method improves quality of surgical treatment of patients with more evident decreased acid-producing stomach function associated with pyloroduodenal stomach ulcer by more considerable extension of chemical denervation of parasympathetic nerves branches.
