FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves examining patient blood serum by applying known methods to determine required values like malate dehydrogenase activity (MDA), creatinphosphotransferase activity (CPT), lactate dehydrogenase activity (LDH), lactic acid concentration (LA) and pyrogrape acid concentration (PGA), LDH isoensyme complex N and M subunits. Muscular tissue adaptation coefficient is calculated from a formula of K=(MDH+CPT-LDH)*H/M*LA/PGA. Regenerating muscle state is evaluated from this value. K ≥ -8.0, skeletal muscle regeneration is estimated as favourable. K <-8.0, skeletal muscle regeneration is estimated as disturbed and decision is to be taken if the regeneration process is to be continued under the selected rate or process for stretching extremity is to be temporarily stopped or distraction conditions are to be changed. EFFECT: high accuracy of estimation at the current moment.
