FIELD: medicine, orthopedics, traumatology. SUBSTANCE: compactotomy and fixation is carried out with perosseous apparatus. Distraction should be started on the 5th - 6th d after operation at 1 mm/d rate to reach the separation of broken fragments. Distraction rate should be decreased by 2 times and beginning since the 7th d the distraction is performed at maximum possible divisibility by gradually increasing the daily rate of extension up to 1 mm up to the 13th d. One should continue distraction at 1 mm/d rate to achieve desirable osseous extension.
