FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves studying blood mononuclears energy properties before and after carrying out distraction procedure (at seventh-tenth day after operation), that is, determining endogenous mononuclears breathing rate and breathing intensity in presence of exogenous succinic acid by applying polarography method. Drop in endogenous breathing rate at the end of postoperative period being less than 80% and considerable shift in mononuclear breathing intensity in presence of exogenous succinic acid being more than 130%, disturbed bone tissue repair process in distraction osteosynthesis is thought to be diagnosed. Endogenous breathing rate being risen by more than 150% and mononuclear breathing being activated in presence of exogenous succinic acid to 120%, favorable bone tissue repair process development is to be predicted. EFFECT: simplified method; enhanced accuracy of estimation.
