FIELD: food-production industry. SUBSTANCE: this particularly relates to production of tea substitutes. Composition contains base which includes following ingredients: valerian roots, motherwort grass, calendula flowers, leaves of Mentha piperita, thyme grass, grass of Equisetum arvense, Grataegus fruits, cowberries leaves, celandine grass. For preferable use in morning hours, composition additionally contains following ingredients: eleuteroccoc root, aralia roots, fennel fruits, Leuzea roots, coriander fruits, haricot folds, nettle leaves, oak bark, grass of wild marjoran, bur-marigold grass, and laminaria - in determined proportioning of ingredients. For preferable use in daytime hours, composition additionally contains following ingredients: licorice roots, oak bark, milfoil grass, senna leaves, roots of sweet flag, Hypericum grass, leaves of bear berry, plantain leaves, cudweed grass, fruits of wild rose - in determined proportioning of ingredients. For preferable use in evening hours, composition additionally contains following ingredients: haricot folds, lime-tree flowers, violet grass, cudweed grass, grass of wild marjoran, fruits of purging buckthorn, eleuteroccoc roots, oak bark, aralia roots, bur-marigold grass - in determined proportioning of ingredients. According to method of using, aforesaid compositions are drawn in cold water. Extraction is performed by boiling of produced mixture and drawing during 15-20 min in water bath or in low flame. For drawing, taken is 2-4 g of composition per 100-150 ml of water. Tea drink is taken 15-20 min before meal or 25-55 min after meal. Drawing in cold water is effected during 1-12 h. Aforesaid procedure allows for producing complex drink possessing characteristics needed for keeping human organism in state specific for determined period and maintaining natural biorhythm of man.
