FIELD: fur industry. SUBSTANCE: wet fur-skins are subjected to cleaning in sawdust on skin tissue, flattening, drying, rehydration, hair-outward reversing of skins, and cleaning in sawdust on hair. After cleaning on skin tissue, wet skins are reversed on hair and cleaned on hair with addition of a special preparation in amounts of 10-15 g per 1 skin. Then, skins are subjected to dip preservation for 6-8 hr using aqueous composition containing complex preparation based on oxygen-containing cyclic terpenes with general formula C10H16O, sodium chloride, and surfactant. When performing cleaning on skin tissue and hair, weight ratio of sawdust and skins is 1.5: 1. EFFECT: reduced treatment time by 30-48% and reduced mass of skins in starting material by 7-10%. 2 tbl
