Vessel is made open at forward end and incorporates side wall. Body of percussive-action mechanism is connected with vessel. Mechanism for discharge of ground is made in the form of at least one radial through-passage located in side wall of vessel for delivery into vessel internal space of working agent under pressure during unloading of vessel and/or for outcome of air from internal space of vessel during its loading.
