FIELD: joined treatment of solid and liquid radioactive wastes. SUBSTANCE: radioactive soil containing fossil impurities is heated to 500-800 C, product of heating is pulverized to obtain specific surface area not smaller than 1000 sq. cm/g, mixed up with cement and with liquid radioactive wastes in definite proportions by weight, whereupon product is held until monolithic block is formed. EFFECT: enlarged functional capabilities, improved economic efficiency and safety in operation, improved quality of final product due to burn- out of fossil components of soil.
